My sales person did a MORE THAN EXCELLENT JOB with my experience. I don’t even have the words to describe how amazing they did! All of them, every single one of the persons that I went through for every department, they all did phenomenal!!! I loved that office and I will brag to everyone about how awesome toyota of irving is. Thank you so much!

It is refreshing to have my vehicle serviced at Toyota of Irving. I always feel well informed and that this service department can take care of me. They typically give you a range of options in addition to total replacement of a broken part. One other Toyota service department I have dealt with was certainly not so helpful with an extremely expensive repair. Toyota of Irving is where I will continue to get service for the Toyota trucks I use.

These guys are great. I had a problem with my Camry bluetooth system, and this was the only dealer I could find who fixed it. One other dealer was fully honest and said they had no clue how to work on the bluetooth system, another lied to me and tried to tell me the system worked fine. The service guy at Toyota of Irving sat down with me in the car, and took the time to let me show them what was wrong – the microphone would not register any voice commands, so you couldn’t even pair a phone. They fixed the problem (a disconnected microphone) in minutes. These guys listen to the customer!
